In therapy, I love working with teens or young adults who are navigating all the messy stuff that comes with being human. Some of my main interest areas include:
Autism
ADHD
Burnout
Anxiety
Perfectionism
Relationship challenges
Self-esteem & self-criticism
Emotional regulation
Identity exploration
I aim to make therapy as comfortable as possible. It doesn’t have to feel overly clinical, and honestly, that’s not my vibe. Therapy can be relaxed and real. Come in your PJs, bring a warm drink, and show me your pets (I love that). My goal is to create a space where you feel understood and supported.
In terms of therapeutic style, here are some of the main modalities that I draw from:
Schema Therapy
Internal Family Systems (IFS)
Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT)
I have current availability for therapy on Thursdays and Fridays (yay!). If you’re interested in learning more, please reach out here.
