The big list of neurodiversity-affirming, adult-friendly resources
From my experience, many people come away from their autism or ADHD identification process feeling a bit lost, armed only with a few website links and a cloud of confusion saying “what do I do now …”. To help with this, I’ve compiled a list of some of my favourite neurodiversity-affirming resources for newly identified autistic or ADHDer adults. Some of these resources are tailored specifically for autistic folk, while others focus more on ADHDers. However, due to the common co-occurrence, many encompass both. To make your exploration easier, I’ve categorised them based on “what they are” rather than “who they fit best.”
Happy browsing!
